Procedure

You tell us about your needs, expectations, boldest dreams about your project in an exploratory meeting. We then come back to you with a proposal for a programme, an event, or a training measure with content, pricing and suggested trainers or coaches. We talk again about fit, best options and then deliver. There is regular reporting during the project and a final evaluation is carried out by our associate Felix Hirschburger of resourcefulsearch. We integrate the evaluation into the learning process by giving the participants a chance to reflect their learning as well as evaluate our performance.

 

 

Example Projects

Leadership development
programm and management training

We carried out a leadership development programme for line managers in banking. After half a day of exploring the most important issues with the Human Resource department (delegation, authority, transition from a technical job to a leadership position, prioritization, dealing with "difficult" employees, conflict resolution ...) we came back with a detailed proposal for a 9 day training programme. Before launching into the event, however, we coached each leader for one hour thus ensuring optimal fit of the training. The revisions were again discussed with HR and top-management. The training was split in two halves to enable the participants to try out what they had learned in the period between trainings. In phone conferences with the trainer, questions and difficulties could be discussed and resolved.

The participants reported that managing their people had become much easier, communication among line managers had increased, and problems could be resolved much faster after the training. The atmosphere had become considerably lighter, and work was more fun.

 

Merger Integration

After a merger between two corporations, local organizations needed to integrate. We designed large group events (world café and open space) to facilitate the phase of getting acquainted, finding a new, workable structure, and agreeing on future rules and procedures.

Coachings and facilitated team meetings made accompanying the process eased the integration further.
