You are a coach with at least 60 hours of coach training and are looking for the next step. Maybe you work as an internal coach, as a manager, in HR or you are coaching as part of your business. You might be a trainer, organizational developer, consultant, Agile Coach, leadership coach or mediator.
As the market is shifting more and more to the recognition of coaching as a profession, you are realizing that you need to keep up and demonstrate to potential clients that you are a serious coach and not one of the “instagram coaches brigade”. The best way of doing that is by getting credentialed with the International Coaching Federation and/or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. For experienced coaches, the credential of “Professional Certified Coach” and the individual accreditation as EMCC “Senior Practitioner” clearly demonstrate to the market that you are serious, professional and worth your money.
Join us for “Coaching in Organizations”. The course will provide all training and mentoring hours toward PCC (if you have 60 hours of previous coach training which we can recognize) and with our ACTP certificate, your application with the ICF will be a breeze. For EMCC individual accreditation, everything is also included. You will also learn everything you need to know as a professional business coach!
If you would like to start right now, here’s a glimpse of our Teamcoaching Process. A 45 minute video teaching you how to do solution focused team coaching. Perfect preparation for the class! You can also test your knowledge for the Coach Knowledge Exam with our Free Simulator.

Coaching in Organizations builds on SF Coaching Fundamentals (or on any other 60 hour ICF accredited coach training that you have attended and that we can recognize). Together with SF Coaching Fundamentals, this course forms the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program which allows you to gain your PCC credential under the ACTP track and/or the EMCC Senior Practitioner Individual Accreditation. It is a highly practical, interactive and live online course (not a boring webinar) in which you will interact with people from all over the globe. The course includes 7 hours group mentoring and 3 hours individual mentoring (which you have to book with your mentor — they are not scheduled in advance). There is also a requirement of self-study reading articles, watching coaching videos etc. on our “moodle” online learning platform and participation in a peer group (via zoom or skype) over the whole course.
You will also receive a certificate as “Advanced Solution Focused Practitioner” from the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes once you have successfully completed this class and “Solution Focused Coaching Fundamentals” (or any other 50 hour IASTI “Solution Focused Practitioner” class) and have coached clients for 100 hours.
If you need to miss a class, you can watch the recorded session. We expect you to miss less than 15% of the classes to be able to graduate. For the EMCC individual accreditation, you also have to engage with the self-study material. If you need to miss more, you can either join another class later (for free) or book individual mentoring hours (at an additional cost) to make up for the time.
The minimum number of participants is 6 (we can arrange for classes for specific groups if you would like), the maximum number is 12.
