"The biggest learning is that you don't need the 'why' to start moving towards a solution. I know I have a framework I can always come back to with solution-focused coaching. I feel much calmer now when I go into the session . I really enjoyed spending time together! My main learning is that we all need feedback: in the session, in peer groups and in mentoring.
