You aim at being the best coach you can be — you are an experienced coach and are on your way to attaining your MCC credential. Yet, there are almost NO courses available that focus exclusively on coaching mastery in one-on-one coaching. Our "Coaching Masterclass" gives you everything you need to become a masterful coach. One of the very few classes available on the market accredited at ICF Level 3 with a thorough program to achieve mastery designations with three accrediting bodies: ICF, EMCC (if you fulfill the requirements) and IASTI.

SF Coaching Masterclass is based on "Solution Focused Coaching" an easy to use and easy to apply, yet structured, professional and evidence based approach. However, we can build on any coaching approach that you have been using. We are interested in helping you be the best coach YOU can be — polish your own sparkle. You will grow as a coach and your customers will have the certainty that you are a professional (or masterful) coach since the course is fully accredited with the International Coaching Federation.
It offers you all the training and mentoring hours needed four your MCC credential under the Level 3 track and is also accredited as ACTP.
The course runs for 29 weeks, 2 hours a week and is purely online, so very manageable. We start courses 2 times a year at different times of the day and days of the weeks, so there will surely be a course that fits your schedule.

There is lots of additional material available for your learning and you will be able to practice what you have learned in peer groups as well.
After the class, you have access to our business development mastermind groups for a significantly discounted price. We support you in gaining your required coaching experience hours by offering you access to our alumni community and by collaborating with organizations for pro-bono coaching. Also, there is continuous support by our regular meetups where you can ask anything that may come up in your practice. These meetups are completely free – so if you would like to join to get a feel for us, join us for one of the next ones.

When does the next program start?
Our advanced 75 hour class “SF Coaching Masterclass” which also builds on a 125 hours previous coach training can be used to collect the 200 training hours necessary for MCC certification and allows you to apply for ICF MCC under the Level 3 track runs twice a year starting January / February and September / October.

What guarantees the quality of the program?
- The program is accredited as Level 3 by the International Coach Federation, the international gold-standard for coach training programs guaranteeing the international recognition of the quality of the training.
- We are subjected to the regular incremental renewal process of the International Coach Federation.
- SolutionsAcademy is an accredited member institute of IASTI the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes guaranteeing the firm grounding in Solution Focus, a practical, respectful, resource- and progress oriented approach.

Can I really attend the program from anywhere in the world?
- Your time investment is two hours every week. Even busy people will find the time to profit from our training without putting a strain on their life. In fact, since you are being coached as well as learning to coach, your life will probably become even easier when you join our training.
- You participate online and from your desk or hotel room. There is no need to spend valuable hours in trains, planes, automobiles or hotels saving you time and energy.
- The system is stable: you can dial in via phone or internet — so you really can attend from anywhere!
- The sessions are run with Zoom: as easy to connect as a mouseclick. There is friendly support for technophobes. Offline material is available in a modern “moodle” environment. You can access the learning material whenever you want, wherever you are, which gives you optimal flexibility and choice on where and how to spend your time.
- The small group with a maximum of 12 participants and the possibility to do breakout rooms in the virtual environment for even smaller groups make the training highly interactive. You get lots of hands-on practice and feedback so that you learn fast, efficiently and effectively.

- The training is truly global and set up so that people from all over the world can join (Asia, Europe, American time-zones). Meet, be coached by and learn to coach global participants. - We aim at attracting a diverse international group of a maximum of 12 participants from all over Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia: leaders, consultants, HR-professionals, coaches who work in corporations, the social sector, education or NGOs. We believe that diversity of coaching issues, personality and cultural background will make our learning group richer and more challenging for the participants.

Who are the trainers?
- All trainers are certified ICF MCC and EMCC coaches.
- All trainers have more than 10 years experience coaching in the real world.
- Kirsten Dierolf, ICF MCC, ACTC, EMCC MP, ITCA MP, ESIA our program director, is member of the assessor team for the International Coach Federation for PCC and MCC candidates.

What are the steps to certification?
ICF MCC “MASTER CERTIFIED COACH”
- 200 hour coach training program with Level 3 certificate (which you receive from us after successful completion of the program)
- 10 hours mentor coaching (included in our program)
- Performance evaluation by ICF (not by us!)
Additionally go to ICF
- Fill in the application
- Paying the certification fee
- Attesting to 2500 hours of coaching experience (having coached)
- Upload 2 performance evaluation recordings, transcripts and translations (if not in one of the accepted languages)
- Passing “ICF Credentialing Exam” administered online by ICF after registration for the certification
EMCC “MASTER PRACTITIONER”
- Gain 500 hours client coaching experience
- Prove "contribution to the profession"
- Successfully participate in class
- Fill in an application with EMCC and go through their Master Practitioner process: key is your "contribution to the profession"
- You pay EMCC membership and accreditation fee and receive accreditation
IASTI “MASTER SOLUTION FOCUSED PRACTITIONER”
- Gain 300 hours client coaching experience
- Successfully participate in class
- Receive certificate

What are the languages of the program?
- The program is currently available in English, German, Italian, Farsi, Romanian, Polish, Czech, Turkish, Chinese and Arabic
- We are actively working on a Spanish and Japanese version – please contact us if you are interested
- All other languages available upon request (large trainer pool)
- All time zones and almost all major languages can be arranged if you have a group of 6 people
What are the technical requirements?
- The program is run via zoom
- International phone dial in is available guaranteeing stable operation from almost anywhere
- If you want to join via computer, you will need a camera and a headset
What is my investment?
- 75 hour “SF Coaching Masterclass” including all mentor coaching hours: € 3400 (plus 19% VAT)*

- * VAT applies for all bookings within Germany (B2B and B2C), for individuals in the EU without a valid VAT number and for bookings outside the EU. For companies in the EU reverse charge applies. Companies outside the EU need to supply a proof of local company registration for us to be able to forgo charging VAT.
- The course can be paid in installments and we expect to have been paid in full before the end of the program.
- Any cancellations will have to be in written form. If the participant cancels later than 30 working days before the start of the program, 60% of the fee (and VAT if applicable) will have to be paid as an administrative fee. The date of the cancellation is the date when the training provider receives the written cancellation. Participants cancelling later than 14 days before the program start or participants who do not attend the program will have to pay the fee (and VAT if applicable) in full.

This course builds on SF Coaching Fundamentals (or on any other 60 hour ICF accredited coach training that you have attended and that we can recognize) as a minimum prerequisite. "Coaching Fundamentals" and "Coaching Masterclass" together forms a fully ICF accredited ACTP program. "Coaching Masterclass" is accredited as Level 3 by ICF.

You will also receive a certificate as "Master Solution Focused Practitioner" from the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes once you have successfully completed this class and any other 100 hour IASTI “Solution Focused Advanced Practitioner” class and have coached clients for 150 hours.

If you need to miss a class, you can watch the recorded session. We expect you to miss less than 15% of the classes to be able to graduate. If you need to miss more, you can either join another class later or book individual mentoring hours (at an additional cost) to make up for the time.

The minimum number of participants is 6 (we can arrange for classes for specific groups if you would like), the maximum number is 12.

The prerequisite for this course are 125 hours of coach training. With the 75 hours that the Coaching Masterclass offers, you will have the 200 hours necessary for ICF MCC and can apply with the easy Level 3 path.

It is a highly practical, interactive and live online course (not a boring webinar) in which you will interact with people from all over the globe. For the part where we analyze participants’ coaching recording, each participant will have to supply a recording and a transcript of one of their coaching sessions at least once (preferably more often as this is where you receive the best feedback). There is also a requirement of 15 hours of self-study reading articles, watching coaching videos, producing your own coaching recordings, watching and reading transcripts of other participants’ coaching recordings over the period of the whole course.
